My experience with upwork proposal

First i request for some wordpress website and i watched and analyzed 120 proposals .After watching all those proposal very well.I came on the result that there is only 3 to 5 proposal was very well explained and my heart was attracted towards them. This is the main thing which every client wants that the proposal should attract the client. Here i am came on the results that should be in the upwork proposal . how to write an upwork proposal with this topic we are going to explain every thing

what things you should be inculded in proposal

Here are the main points which you should check and read proposal many times before submitting ..if you did these thing perfect than there is alot of chances that your proposal will win the project .and you got alot of income .So what are those points

  1. Explain client project briefly
  2. Use greetings words
  3. Tell your experience
  4. give some extra free offer
  5. talk about what client will get according to project
  6. User perfect wording
  7. gives extra specialty to client
  8. Explain that why you are best for the job
  9. Give reason that why they should give you project
  10. Explain that what is difference in your offer and client offer.

what things should be inculded

For perfect proposal above mentioned things are necessary .After this your portfolio matters alot .Make a eye catchy portfolio and place on any site .free or paid depends on your choice.Get a link and place in every proposal .This will help you alot .After this you have to analyzed your client project .We will recommend that first take some time for understanding of project and what actually client is wanting after this .Start with welcome words and use those words which suites with the situation . how to write an upwork proposal hope that it will cleared every thing

what that mean , according to my experience i watched one of seller started proposal that , Good night from my country ,….. and than proposal .Are you kidding man .No one will gives you project like this .To win a project you have to focus on all things which are necessary for your client and his business .Good understanding and well communication matters a lot .

Reviews

If you have some good and mind blowing review for your previous work .Than this is a great .Give reference of your previous work and refer to your review .Reviews are the basic thing which matters alot in freelancing ..we know that you will feel very difficulty before getting first order but believe me after getting your first order , you will amazed with your results and income .Even nowadays many people have started freelancing as a full time job and now they are doing just freelancing . Yeah you can also easily win project easily by doing these things

Do not try these things

  1. If you are not getting any order and you are thinking that you should go for successful seller.Ask him for order .But like this no one gives you order Because every one is here only for earning and no one will gives you his earning
  2. Do not violate any policies for getting order fast or do not try for spam or scam because these platforms are 100% secure
  3. False practices , like image , tricky title , tricky image or any thing tricky offer which you cannot provide , will leads towards your failure
  4. Respect all the terms which are provided by websites which you are using
  5. if buyer contact with you , than do not try to get order forcefully this will leads towards your failure and you will be demotivated
  6. Respect all fees and do not to be too much greedy

Motivation

Motivation is the necessary thing , in case of order .If you are getting an order than patience is the necessary thing for every one .If you are motivated than no one wil beat you and soon you will get order .But without motivation you will loose your temper .For a struggle you must watch pro videos related motivation and be stay on your platform for better future .You future can be bright with your skills and work .Just stay focus and send offers on daily basis .If you act upon these things we are sure that within one week you will get your first order .Thanks for reading must share with your friends

upwork fees and procedure , how upwork fees mechanism works

Posted: 26 Mar 2020 01:20 PM PDT

Now a days freelancing platforms are becoming a essential part for every ones life .Because you can get ever things there , if you are running a business .If you need logo ,banner adds marketing person or website developer .You probably choice freelancing platform for better experience and quality work .But are still freelancing platforms are working good .is they are still providing benefits for buyers and sellers .We will discuss those things and we will compare all freelancing paltfroms today and after comparison . we will recommend you best site to start your career or which website is best for buying .also we will gives you detail analysis of upwork fees , fiverr fees and all other things which are required .

If you are thinking that how you can make money without any skill than you should visit here after getting the all knowledge , lets talk about the how fees of different platforms works and how we can select best thing for us .Where prices are low and where sellers are demanding high .If you are buyer or you are planning for bright business than you should read this article completely

Upwork

Upwork is very famous due to many reasons , first it was o desk and than two sites converts into one site with all quality functions .So lets review it and how it works ,what are its specifications and what are its prices

specification of upwork

  1. Lovely platform and quality services
  2. A lot of freelancers available
  3. apply many filters on freelancers for best results
  4. You can work on hours and time basis
  5. You can set your per hour price

Prices and upwork fees

One disadvantage is that upwork is client friendly and if dispute created on fixed budget than its 99% chances that your order will be cancelled and you will loose your money on it .Upwork is also considered very expensive as compared to other platforms what are its prices here is the list

  1. Upwork will charge 20% from sellers
  2. It charges 0.15$ for 1 connect
  3. It charges 2% to 20% from buyers as service fees

Upwork is very costly as compared to other platforms and also freelancers demands alot of money and even for less work .Evcn you can get double work with same money on other platforms .Also there is alot of problems in joining upwork account .Upwork needs pro member ship for joining and they want more and more money .If some one goes and ask them to approve his profile than they simply said that our platform do not have space for you .That is biggest problem now a days

2.Fiverr

Fiverr is the most successful in this time and it has completed millions of project on their site .Almost it cover 60% of buyers who want services in affordable prices are using fiverr. As compared to other platform you can set milestone there but you could not set your hourly price price will be fixed for every project .There are many reasons to choose fiverr , its design and creativeness and every thing is perfect here. Fiverr fees are good as compared to upwork fees

Specifications

  1. Fiverr is cheapest as compared to others platform lowest price is 5$ and you can get best services at just spending 5$
  2. Fiverr usually perfect for every type of business and service
  3. customer support is awesome and every one can join fiverr
  4. Fiverr have lovely level systems and GIG options
  5. By using GIG option seller do not need to go any where , buyers will find the seller
  6. They do not want money for bids and offer
  7. All offers are free and they give 10 offers daily for every seller , may be number of offer increase with the level system
  8. Gives you best protection on every time

it is perfect but every best thing also have disadvantage i dont know its correct or not but fiverr have alot of policies which are not good .Even just little bit of mistake will gives you permanently banned .There is alot of policies on which we have to write a new article.

Fiverr fees

In fees fiverr is good. Its perfect platform for joining quality services for low budgets

  1. They do not charge for joining
  2. gives you free 10 offers daily
  3. They charge 20%$ from sellers (from new seller to level 3 seller )
  4. Only 10% is charged from Top rated
  5. they charges 2 to 10% from buyer

Fiverr is considered best so for .But they also goes towards client in many cases if unluckily dispute is created ,I think almost all platforms did this

3.Other freelancing platforms

Other freelancing Platform are also considered perfect for every one specially for new sellers .Like guru , freelancer , people per hour .They charge from seller almost 10% and there bids price is also low .They also provides some free bids .But prices is low .One main problem is that there work is not present in large quantity

Prices

Prices are great for sellers .Sellers will feel great comfort there because like upwork fees are not same there is alot of things attract them specially 8 to 10% for every order site will take its perfect as compared to 20% free bids good work and more money with low competition .its perfect for every new seller.Hope all questions are answered well.Stay updated

Prime minister Speech About Corona virus

Posted: 22 Mar 2020 12:28 PM PDT

The prime minister of pakistan did speech on the current topic of corona virus ,

According to PM , the total lock down means overall
Curfew in whole country which is not affordable for Pakistan. Pakistan is also facing financial problems due to many conditions in country total lock down is not possible

Which countries are Locked up ?

  1. Itlay
  2. China
  3. Amercia
  4. japan
  5. saudi arabia
  6. over 190+ world countries

Will pakistan locked up really .?

The sample and short answer is No. But As 293 cases are reported in Sindh so , sindh is completely going to lock down for 15 days .No one is allowed to go outside for 15 days .

is Lock down for Pakistan is Good

The sample answer is no . because like other countries Pakistan has not sources to provide necessary good for life to people .if people lock down in homes , than how they earn . How they will eat food . There are alot of families which are dependent on daily basis income .Pakistan latterly could not afford lock down in this type of condition

The important part of prime minister speech was to ensure people that they should not pannic in this condition .Because if people feels fear , than definitely in the result they will perform stupdi actions like , store extra foods , storing masks , storing sanitizes and other eat able things. Which will cause shortage of those things and automatically prices will go above and only one specific category will be effected from all those actions . The name of that category is poor people .Who are dependent on daily income. corona virus is really deadly weapon is you do not care for your self

What we should do .?

First of all we should not feel fear from any thing . Because fear is the only thing which leads you to go and do those things which are not beneficial for others . Second keep clean your self and your society , like china they remove this virus by cleaning them self with soaps , masks , cleaning houses and other safety measures

Will whole world lock down in future .?

There are chances for every country to completely lock down , but when we talk about some big countries like amercia , china , russia , Uk and france than these countries have lock down due to dangerous virus , because they can afford , but in case of pakistan , pakistan is facing alot of problems and in these circumstances we cannot afford .
